Placement on the Geneva Health website as a "featured employer"
for two months. As a featured employer, all traffic into our
New Zealand website will be drawn to your organisation/service
through a branded link on the home page. Not only is this an
opportunity to advertise your vacancies, but also to provide
editorial information about the organisation itself.
Advertising Planning
Researching, planning and placement of appropriate co-branded
print and online advertising options in mainstream, professional
and/or international publications and/or websites as required. All
print advertisements are designed and drafted by Geneva Health and
our advertising group for your approval, and attract Geneva Health
preferred advertising rates.
Behavioural-Based Interviewing
Of potential employees on behalf of your organisation (this
applies to staff being recruited by your organisation and those
being recruited by Geneva Health who will have completed our
rigorous recruitment process). Geneva Health will organise
these interviews and present you with comprehensive written
interview impressions.
Source Candidate (CV only)
Geneva Health International will source appropriate candidates
for your organisation and provide you with a detailed CV based on
our Geneva Health template. You will only be invoiced if the
candidate is successful in securing your position.
Source, Screen, Profile, References
This package offers sourcing of candidates, presentation of CV,
a comprehensive interview profile and two verbal references. You
will only be invoiced if the candidate is successful in securing
your position.
Mobilisation
If your organisation has recruited an international Candidate,
our experienced Mobilisation Consultant will contact them every two
weeks to ensure they remain focused and motivated, arrive on time
and are prepared to start. This includes assistance with
immigration and professional registration processes, tax and
banking information, booking into initial accommodation, arranging
meet and greet service, whilst liaising with you as to their
progress.
Verbal Reference Checking
From current or immediate past employers for potential employees
to your organisation. Where (agreed) core abilities, personal, and
professional skills can be specifically explored. You will be
presented with a comprehensive written report.
