- Day to day facility management and service delivery
- Business and clinical leadership
- Financial and resource management
- Communication and reporting skills
- Human Resources
You will:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification as a health practitioner
- Have at least 3 years management experience
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Have recent aged care experience
- Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Have a passion for quality care
