My client is a leading provider of aged care services throughout New Zealand. They are re-known for their caring and safe working environments, friendly staff and are part of an international leading health service provider.

They are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to work in their centrally located 25 bed Psychogeriatric hospital, 26 bed resthome and 52 bed hospital facility.

Your role will include:

• Providing leadership and clinical supervision to staff
• Assisting with management of the facility
• Involvement in quality management programmes
• Ensuring care is of the highest standard
• Human Resource management
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and meets organisational and legislative standards
• Education

If you are a strong leader and possess excellent communication skills, have prior experience within the Aged Care sector, are committed to ensuring best practice is provided to the elderly, we would like to hear from you.
