Utilise your recruitment skills and health background working for this leading Aged Care organisation.
You will be responsible for recruiting both national and international candidates to work within this world leading health care organisation. This will include searching and sourcing, screening, interviewing, credentialing and appointing high quality candidates, including Registered Nurses, Clinical Managers, Enrolled Nurses and Caregivers.
The successful applicant will work closely with and support the facility managers to ascertain their staffing requirements, work with recruitment agencies to source appropriate candidates whilst ensuring all appropriate processes, standards and legislative requirements are followed and a high level of communication is maintained.
To apply for this role you will:
- Have 2 years recruitment experience
- Be a Registered Nurse or have a health background
